What we collect

• Email address: used for one-time verification when creating a listing.
• Listings you create and payments you make.
• Uploaded images (logos/profile pictures) for your listing.
• Click analytics: we store a one-way hash of the IP address, never the raw IP.

What we do NOT store

We never see or store raw card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment aggregator's hosted checkout.

How we use it

To operate the leaderboard, process payments, send transactional email (verification and receipts), prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Security

OTP codes are hashed at rest. Traffic is served over HTTPS. No passwords or login credentials are stored — TopSpot uses email verification only.

Your rights

You may request access to or deletion of your account data via the Contact page, subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.
